I work with individuals facing challenges such as social anxiety, general anxiety, health anxiety, depression, panic, relationship issues, phobias, low self-esteem, etc. I also have dual training in Neuropsychology and am thus interested in providing therapy to individuals struggling with neurocognitive considerations (for example, concussion anxiety, post-concussive identity issues, ADHD, etc.).
